I have over 17 years of experience working within the acute sector and over 7 years specialising in improvement, working on National, Regional and Local projects. I brings specialist improvement knowledge and has an adaptable approach and utilises a variety of methods and tools .I have played a key roles at her previous Trust of building capability, capacity and an improvement culture with the developing of the improvement practice. With extensive coaching experience and communication skills that have helped clients to find sustainable solutions from everyday improvement to complex redesign.
