I work as a Behaviour Scientist at Warwick Business School and am very interested in quality improvement aspects of healthcare in primary and secondary care settings. My interests include Behaviour change interventions to improve decisions made by people involved in healthcare provision and quality. In this sense, my work involves bridging the theory-practice dynamic, in a sustainable way.

My current interests include quality improvement and control projects applied to the behaviour of healthcare professionals. My background includes a Doctorate in emotions within healthcare and how these inform decisions and behaviour.

I am also interested in broader arguments about the direction of quality improvement and behaviour in the context of technology and global issues including unforseen disasters.
