I started out in Safeway pharmacy. I learnt a lot there and I can still pack a shopping bag like a pro. I've been a pharmaceutical adviser in primary care since 1997 and moved across the Pennines to Leeds in 2004. I strive to develop healthy partnerships that optimise the benefits of medicines and I specialise in medication safety. I have a keen interest in the science of delivering healthcare safely. I am a huge fan of Star Wars, much to the dismay of my children, who have Star Wars related names!
