I hold a Doctorate in Health and Social Care. I have a long standing interest in implementation science and practice. I have implemented, supported and managed evidence based interventions such as Multi Systemic Therapy and Functional Family Therapy. I established Family Psychology Mutual with colleagues in 2015 as a social enterprise which is owned by the staff. Our main interest is in evidence based services. I previously worked for Cambridgeshire County Council for many years and ran the Youth Offending Service, Alternative Education, Drug and Alcohol Commissioning, Community Safety and also Youth Services. I am a Trustee of the UK Implementation Society and also a Director of The Edge Cafe Cambridge which is a cafe co-managed by adults in recovery from substance misuse.
