I’ve just started lecturing at UOB (I didn’t think I’d be doing this again!) and have been looking for some ideas for discussing the ‘customer service’ side of Service Design. I remembered the 2nd Q Lab. I’ve just had another look at the output from this Lab and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. Not only that but detail of how we worked to understand and design this output. I’m sure my students will appreciate our effort.
Seems ages since we last spoke. In Worcestershire, we are presently preparing for the change to ICS on 1 July. The legislation setting up the ICS contains several clauses that make it mandatory for patient and public views to be taken into account when designing services.
