I have worked in the Ambulance Service for over 18 years, a paramedic by background I am now a  process improvement manager.

I work with departments to help them understand their process, development improvement practices and implement positive changes.

Being a certified lean leader I use rapid workshop techniques to generate enthusiasm and pace for change whilst ensuring sustainability through local accountability.

I am also the chair of the services Disability Support Network and we are currently working towards improvements inline with the workforce disability equality standards set by NHSE.
