Network Development Lead
UCLPartnersEngland - London (North, East and Essex)
I'm currently working at UCLPartners as their Network Development Lead. In addition to leading on our Improvement Fellows and Aspiring Improvers programmes and our work as a regional partner for the Q Initiative, I have responsibility for developing our work on improvement networks more broadly and I'm looking forward to connecting with others across the UK who are doing similar work. Prior to joining UCLPartners I worked at the Health Foundation for nearly 13 years, the last four of which were as a Programme Manager with overall responsibility for delivering the range of individual fellowship programmes, such as GenerationQ and the Improvement Science Fellowships.
Q Exchange ideas

Accessing support when you are new to improvement can be difficult. Our programme provides essential QI skills and encourages sharing of learning, developing the Q members of the future.
Sophie Bulmer reflects on her learning from a recent member event hosted by UCLPartners focusing on Joy in Work.
