As a Senior Research Associate for Health Economics Consulting (HEC) based in University of East Anglia, I lead, initiate, and share responsibility for HEC’s consultancy and research projects, including serving as a Principal Investigator where necessary. In this capacity, I am responsible for business development activities for HEC, taking a lead role in designing projects and preparing project proposals, undertaking administration relevant to projects, managing, training, mentoring, and supporting other HEC staff, and contributing to and monitoring the quality of research activities and outputs.

I have also interest in behavioural determinants which are important to implement quality improvement programs within the NHS, and wider health and social care system.
