Biography

Sara is currently Head of Quality Improvement  at West London NHS Trust

Sara is our Senior Qi Development Manager in the Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust Improvement Team. The main aspect of her role is to develop the engagement around Qi more across the Trust in line with RIQI goals, as well as to provide structure support and guidance to all staff, patients and other Chelsea and Westminster Stakeholders with any training, project support and development needs that may arise.

Sara joined Chelsea and Westminster from working with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust for 14 years, she worked clinical within in the mental health inpatient wards, crisis teams and adult community physical health intermediate care wards. She became the Oxleas Safeguarding Adults Coordinator where she worked until, she moved on to her role as the Oxleas Bexley Care and Bromley Business Officer as well as becoming the Staff Governor. Sara joined the Oxleas Quality Improvement team as a Quality Improvement Lead. In 2021 Sara was part of the NHS London Nightingale Covid-19 Hospital as a member of the Quality team.

Sara is an accredited European Mentoring and Coaching Council coach, Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Qi coach, PRINCE 2 practitioner, QSIR Practitioner and is in the process of qualifying to become a QSIR Teaching Faculty Associate with NHS England & Improvement. She is also member of the Q Community and holds a CertHE in Mental health and Social Care.
