Establishing a peer network for individuals currently within or recently discharged from secure services. This will include creation of two peer support groups/cafés within Langdon hospital and the community.
The overall aim is to improve access to the clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia, via the development of a clinical pathway for the community initiation of clozapine.
