I have a continuous improvement & culture change background including as National Delivery Manager for testing and implementing [using the IHI breakthrough series methodology] the NHS Safety Thermometer (first composite measure of harm and a standard methodology for Shared Decision Making working with 100's of providers across the NHS.

I also have experience working in private health care, patient advocacy and the Australian Health system, implementing small and large scale improvement programs and strategy development.

I am currently program lead for Cheshire & Mersey Digital First in Primary Care Hypertension Accelerator/ BP@home program. The Hypertension Accelerator is testing a range of digital enablers to manage the increasing volume of blood pressure readings taken at home and the resulting impact that this is having on general practice workload. The Hypertension Accelerator is supporting a sustainable approach to home blood pressure monitoring at scale in Cheshire & Merseyside & a Blueprint for National implementation (NHSx).

Also providing mentoring support to evolving Digital Inclusion agenda and new Program Manager Lead for the ICS.
