Current role NHSE Assistant Director of Nursing, Professional and ICS Development Midlands, responsible for leading transformation, improvement, innovation and collaboration across systems.

CYP  Programme Transformation Director (Interim) NHSE Midlands until 2022

Womens Health Strategy Transformation Lead NHSE Midlands - Current

Areas of expertise include;

Improvement work (founding member of Q) and experienced educator, Clinical Governance, Digital Agenda, UEC, Workforce, Education, End of Life, Educator in application of Improvement methods. Developed early ACP 2012 degree and masters education programme

Projects include; Improvement Collaboratives ,  Mental Health, UEC, Discharge Criteria Led discharge
