Hi,
I’m highlighting a collaborative piece of work that achieved significant cost savings for the NHS, just published. After attending some of this group events, I now realise that potentially a good example of network weaving, and what can be done!

Yes please do share @rebecca-fisher I am working on C. difficile infection (large improvement collaborative in SW Region just started) and medicines value programme is part of it so keen to see how you communicated your work

The communication and spread of this piece of work is tricky as it doesn’t sit nicely within a specialism or established audience. Therefore we’ve started with our own professional magazine and will see what else we can do.

I’m working on Q’s evaluation of the Network Weaving learning series, and I’m also involved in our current insight project exploring ideas to address waiting times and improve access into services. https://q.health.org.uk/blog-post/moving-past-backlogs-how-are-q-members-improving-access-to-services/ So I’m very interested to hear learning from the Community about how they are applying network values to address these challenges!
