Paula Ryeland
Biography
Paula is Quality Improvement Lead at Whittington Health and spends a lot of her time providing training and coaching on QI projects.
Prior to this role, she worked in Operational Management across a variety of specialties in different Trusts for four years. Before joining the NHS, she was a secondary school music teacher in Inner-city London schools for seven years and worked as Head of Department.
