Hi there!

My name is Liv and I am the Improvement, Innovation, and Effectiveness Facilitator at The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

I have always loved improvement since completing an internal Quality Improvement course here 7 years ago. Since then, I have built up my knowledge and nearly completed my MSc in Innovation and Improvement Science with Lancaster University (expected completion date August 2024).

My main role is to work with staff, teams, and departments to provide them with the tools and techniques to improve their services here at the Trust. I support them in making their improvement whilst teaching them improvement methodology. It really is all about empowering our staff and allowing them to test out changes safely. I now teach a revamped version of Improvement Champions which is literally a dream come true!

I am currently working on a big co-production piece which is really exciting!
