We are delighted to have been shortlisted for #Qexchange 2019. Our project will be trialled in kidney care, but it can be developed in other clinical areas as well. Any clinical area which has systematic, routine, time-based follow-up could benefit from our idea for the reduction of unnecessary appointments and improvement of clinical outcomes.
