• Evaluating the impact of peer support on the farm

  This year we will be launching a project to develop new peer support roles into our successful volunteering programmes. Evaluation is a challenge for small charities and we would like to embed the use of wellbeing measures into our monitoring and evaluation so we can communicate and improve our impact.
