There’s a couple of articles I’ve read recently on Burnout which suggest three types:
1. Overload – the most typical type, resulting from overwork, or frantic work
2. Under-challenged – doing too little (looks a lot like ‘rust-out’) there’s no room for learning, or development
3. Neglect burnout – worn-out and helpless, when there’s no guidance…Read more-
