I work in two very different roles in tow different NHS organisations. Part of the week I work as a podiatry manager for Guys and St Thomas Community services and the other half of my work is spent as a Clinical Audit and Effectiveness manager at Epsom and  St Helier. In both my roles I am  involved in service improvement and I feel working in both a clinical and non-clinical role simultaneously gives me a broad perspective of the challenges faced within healthcare from a variety of different angles.
