Biography
I am currently a Clinical Leadership Fellow with Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust. Mainly working within the Quality Improvement team and coaching numerous service user teams through Microsystem Coaching Academy MCA methodology.
Also I am working within the Health Education England programme on leadership. I have through this started on the NHS Leadership Academy structured programme and project management.
I have 20 years clinical practice as a paramedic with two NHS Ambulance Trusts. I have done many things with my career in the ambulance service including mentoring new paramedics and Clinical Team Leader. Latterly with Yorkshire Ambulance Service I was clinical lead on a service improvement project.
