This looks like a really interesting and useful history of Psychological Safety; wish I’d been able to join it live.
    Description:
“From the first mention of psychological safety by Schein and Bennis in the 1960s, through Deming, Toyota and Taiicho Ohno, Che…Read more

Hi John – starting with the practice, moving to theory sounds like it works well. (That kind of fits with the ‘What, So What, Now What?’ flow in Liberating Structures).
We’ll get in touch in a week or so to start firming up dates.
We can certainly cross-promote to Human Learning Systems, and other places that will be interested…

    • Isabel – I won’t be able to join your share session. I’ll be off the grid in Joshua Tree National Park desert but I am curious if you still think a book club using the book itself would be fun for weavers. If so I am happy to partner, maybe we do one book a qtr and then there is a reason for the weavers (and kindred spirits) to gather and connect…Read more
