Biography

25 years in service design and digital transformation, spanning media, telecoms, and public services. At NHS England, I lead on digital in urgent and emergency care.

My team's 2024-25 objectives include delivering for patients and frontline staff:
* Enabling urgent care needs to be met more often in the most appropriate place and time
* More 111 and 999 triages to come with a standards-based booking, referral, or transfer of care
* Defining digitally-enabled first contact across self-care, primary, community, and urgent care
We're also transforming how we work through:
* An iterative planning cycle including quarterly reviews where product, policy and ops colleagues work together
* Multidisciplinary teams where all colleagues have a chance to flourish and develop their careers
* Filling critical gaps in Digital UEC staff establishment and onboarding two highly capable delivery partners

Outside the NHS, I am a non-executive board member for 54North Homes, a Yorkshire-based housing association.
