I am an IHI trained improvement advisor currently working in the Quality improvement department at East London NHS Foundation Trust, where I support the delivery of an organisational approach to improvement. I am also currently supporting a London wide collaborative with Healthy London Partnership looking at reducing HIV in the capital. Prior to this I have worked in a variety informatics, performance and improvement roles across a range of provider trusts and local authorities in London. I am a graduate of the NHS Graduate Management Scheme.

I am particularly interested in the use of Evidence to support QI, improvement science research and population/public health. I am currently completing my Masters in Public Health.
