It was a great session, so adding my thanks to @kristin-johnstad and @meerakapadia. 🙂 I enjoyed the ‘blend’ of 3 different Liberating Structures. I hadn’t come across ‘Liquid Courage’ before (although have done similar activities, and I liked the ‘mindfulness’ of the way Meera presented the Spiral Journal.

Great question Afra! I just don’t anything about Liberating Structures videos. The emphasis is usually on just trying one or two asap.
