Lucy started her NHS career on the Graduate Management Training Scheme where she worked in a number of different healthcare settings as well as completing a MSc in Healthcare Management and Leadership. Since leaving the Graduate Scheme she has worked primarily in acute settings in London and the South East managing a variety of specialities and performance functions. Lucy joined the Royal Surrey in 2012 as a speciality manager and has worked her way up through the Surgery Division before joining Women and Children’s as Associate Director of Operations. Lucy is dedicated to improving services and supporting clinicians to ensure our patients receive the best care possible. As a mother to two young children, Lucy is passionate about services for Women and Children and is proud to be part of the team delivering outstanding care to the Royal Surrey population.
