I first joined Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in December 2007 as part of the Health Records team. I have since developed my skills in a variety of roles throughout the Health Board, most recently as a Medical Secretary in the General Surgery Department. I completed the Improving Quality Together Silver Award in 2017 and my project was shortlisted for an NHS Wales Award in 2018 in the Improving Quality Using Improving Quality Together Methodology category.

I joined the Aneurin Bevan Continuous Improvement team in October 2018 and I looking forward to being involved with collaboratives throughout the Health Board, but particularly the Outpatient Transformation Collaborative as I am interested in outpatient service improvement as this will allow me to develop her knowledge and skills in this area. I am also extremely interested in Patient Related Experience Measures and hope to carry out some more work in this area over the coming year.
