Biography

I am a Quality Improvement Facilitator who is passionate about QI and making a difference for patients and staff. I have just completed my PhD in pressure ulcers and their relationship to complex organisations. I am currently leading a Quality Improvement Collaborative focusing on Older People at South Tyneside and Sunderland Foundation Trust.
