I am the Lead Quality Manager for Severn Pathology based within the North Bristol NHS Trust. I'm also the Quality Manager specifically for Clinical Biochemistry and Point of Care Testing. I have over 25 years experience in two of our main Pathology disciplines and lots of experience of change management and service improvement. I am a practitioner with the Chartered Quality Institute and I also recently gained my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
