My background is physiotherapy but I have had a variety of strategic leadership roles across the NHS. I am an ex NHS management trainee and have recently completed a secondment as an AHP national clinical fellow for Health Education England.

My passion is to develop, improve and transform services across the wider system by empowering others through leadership development and workforce redesign. I have delivered many transformation projects at a local, regional and national level, winning awards for implementing a "Leading with Compassion" recognition scheme across Staffordshire and Shropshire.

Having also worked as an operational manager, I understand the real pressures hospitals face and my current role is to lead on the adoption and spread of innovation (care pathways and digital innovation) which can support the NHS to face the very real challenges of delivering quality healthcare in current circumstances.
