Katrina Glaister, RGN, DPNS, BSc, MSc

Head of Patient Experience

Katrina trained as a nurse in London where she worked for some years before moving to Salisbury 30 years ago.

She has worked at Salisbury District Hospital for 25 years; holding a variety of clinical and non-clinical leadership roles.  She now leads the PALS team and as such oversees all aspects of patient experience including complaints.  Katrina is a Q Fellow and is passionate about using patient feedback along with improvement methodology to bring about positive change for patients’ experience.
