A former Nurse and health services manager, Julian started full-time consulting in 2000.

Julian specialises in strategy, planning, transformation, and programme management and has worked in change and transformation assignments related to emergency medicine, community services, medicines management, ePrescribing, and primary care.

An Honorary Senior Fellow, School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine & Health Science, University of East Anglia, Julian's interests centre on qualitative research based on the philosophy and methods of Realist Evaluation.
