I am a chartered accountant. I have worked in the NHS since 2002. I have worked in various finance roles in the specialist acute sector. In 2010 I specialised in the finance function of costing implementing patient level costing and service line reporting at a specialist acute provider. In 2014 I joined Monitor as part of their national costing transformation programme and led on developing a standardised approach to patient level costing to be used by all NHS services. In my current role I lead on business transformation. I am passionate to making the NHS better by learning from, implementing and sharing best practise.
