Josie Soutar is the Managing Director of Sheffield Flourish – a charity that blends digital and community activity to support people living with mental health conditions. Previously she was the CEO of Sheffield Alcohol Support Service transforming the charity from an addiction treatment provider into a recovery focused community. Her research interests include co-production, recovery and local charities. She is undergoing a PhD study at CRESR (Centre for Regional, Economic and Social Research) focusing on Social Impact Bonds and their effect on the voluntary sector.
