Biography

Currently leading a renal care quality improvement project seeking views from kidney healthcare professionals and patients.

At the What Works Centre for Wellbeing, my role is understanding what health organisations, local government and communities can do to maximise wellbeing and effectively translate evidence of 'what works' into practice. I am an experienced policy professional and have led service improvement activity across local government; the voluntary and community sector; housing associations; and secondary care.

I am a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, have a Masters in Public Health, and an MBA from Durham University.
