I work in a team of quality improvement practitioners. We advise, lead and support the delivery of Quality Improvement activity across the Care Quality Commission. I am interested in creating the right conditions for all staff to actively participate in continuous quality improvement in the Care Quality Commission and the wider health and social care system.
I have extensive experience of change management, service transformation and quality improvement within the NHS. I am trained in LEAN (Advanced Practitioner), MSP (Practitioner), PRINCE2 (Practitioner), clinical systems improvement and the human dimensions of change.
I am delighted to be part of the Q Community and I am happy to share ideas & learning and to network with the Q Community and beyond.
