Jen Morgan
Biography
Responsible for ensuring the Lab meets its strategic objectives including working with the Q Lab network, our partners, Q Members and other Lab participants to tackle health care challenges.
For the past 25 years, Jen has worked across business and civil society leading and implementing large scale innovation programmes. She is a co-founder of The Finance Innovation Lab which is now independent organisation enabling a financial system that serves people and planet.
As an experienced systems change practitioner, she has also been an advisor for the Centre for Understanding Sustainable Prosperity at the University of Surrey, an advisor for The RSA’s Economy and Enterprise Programme and a Fellow at Cambridge Judge's Centre for Social Innovation.
Before joining Q, her most recent leadership role has been as the Executive Director of The Psychosynthesis Trust, a mental health and education charity, where she brought together her interests enabling change at a personal, organisational and societal level.
She holds an MSc in Responsibility In Business Practice where her action research project focused the central role relationships play in enabling change.
