I joined Greater Manchester Ambulance Service in 2000 as an ambulance technician and have been working for them ever since. Over the course of my career I have been a paramedic, senior paramedic and advanced paramedic, before starting work for the improvement hub. I am keen to promote improvement methodology for all staff in our organisation. I am currently the programme lead for hospital handover improvement.
In my spare time I enjoy cycling, walking and visiting places where I can do both of these things.
