Jackie is Clinical Lead for Health and Social Care Quality Improvement (HSCQI), Northern Ireland and is a Consultant in Public Health Medicine working in service development, safety and quality. She took up her current post in 2011 and has been involved in a number of areas of quality improvement including support to collaboratives, inputting to a number of regional safety groups and teaching quality improvement on undergraduate and postgraduate courses. She was a Scottish Patient Safety Programme Fellow in 2011 and is a member of the Health Foundation’s Q Initiative.
