It needs radical change and the complexity is a huge endeavour in current climate. Ultimately all these are great standard if resourced adequately and executed properly.

Hi Tom, thank you for sharing, your message is timely as NHS IMPACT also talked about management system, will be interesting to see how this evolves.

I think that following this standard is the best way forward for the NHS – starting with NHS Standard Process and a Process Management System. The PMS and QMS can then be developed to include a PMS. It needs to be a well planned project over a number of years. See my Roadmap and Framework.
