I qualified as a speech and language therapist in the mid 80’s , working primarily with those who have neurological illnesses. I was also a senior manager for services for adults with a learning disability.
I currently works in organisational development in a mental health trust and am really interested in inclusion, co-production and positive approaches to improving services.  I have  worked across the whole range of mental health services .Projects include; improving corporate processes, dementia and frailty pathways, developing care packages and introducing mobile working to community nurses.
I have recently supported the development of  our trust's strategy and developed an approach to team working. I am involved in both a vanguard and the development of an accountable care organisation
