I work in Organisation Development in the NHS in Wales supporting executive and senior leaders, teams and services to usefully influence patterns of culture and performance by attending to relationship, interaction, connection, meaning and simple actions in the present.
I use an approach to working with complex, intractable challenges that is grounded in applied complexity practices, especially Human Systems Dynamics (Glenda Eoyang) and Adaptive Space and Complexity Leadership (Mary Uhl-Bien; Michael Arena).
