I work in the field of Organisation Development as an OD practitioner, coach and trainer supporting executives and senior leaders, teams and services to usefully influence patterns of culture and performance by attending to relationship, interaction, connection, meaning and simple actions in the present.
My approach to working with complex challenges is informed by systemic, dialogic, complexity and relational theories and practices. In particular I've combined these different strands into an approach I've developed - The Conversational Spaces Framework (CSF) - that attends to how we can host conversations of acknowledgement, understanding and moving forward that support coherent, contextual and sustainable change over time
