Frances currently works in a newly established Quality Improvement Team based in Chatham, Kent. With almost 20 years working in health, Frances has gained considerable experience of hospital processes having worked in a hospital information department, data quality and IT project management. She then moved into improvement science before applying her skills and knowledge to cancer pathways working first as a cancer network Improvement Facilitator and later managing cancer performance in Essex. Later in her career Frances became a Lean practitioner working in Surrey as a Lean Improvement Facilitator before moving back to Kent to implement the Productive Community Services programme in Medway. Following a career break she was pleased to have returned to the Quality Improvement field before been accepted into the Q Community.

Frances says, 'I am really keen to connect to other improvers who are seeking to network with others across the country, share ideas, develop their skills and knowledge and collaborate on effective ways to implement successful and sustainable change programmes'
