I have worked in Quality Improvement for over 10 years and have a 14 year career history in the health sector, housing sector, and third sector.
Throughout my career working with patients, carers, victims of crime and victims of domestic and sexual abuse, I have worked on a variety of projects and improvements and have a particular interest in embedding QI, Human Factors, Motivational Interviewing and Behavioural Insights.
