My background is as a nurse and Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Emergency Medicine, via the scenic route (theatres, ED, Urgent Care, Primary Care and ED again) before moving to education as a lecturer at the University of Bolton and Matron for Resuscitation & Simulation.
Whilst in this role I became involved in a number of projects and completed the Flow Coaching Academy which sparked my passion for improvement and led me to my current role as a Continuous Improvement Clinical Fellow.
