I have mostly worked on national healthcare policy, improvement and measurement in ALBs, but with 4+ years in-between with local transformation programmes on both provider and commissioner sides.

In 2016-7, I was seconded at Her Majesty's Department for International Trade, leading on engagement and development of UK healthcare services providers, public and private, to undertake international commercial work.

Since 2018, I spent 4 years leading on the national general practice contract policy for all digital matters, as well as the policy response to digital-first models of general practice. And 1 year as Head of digital innovation delivery at NHS England's Transformation Directorate.

From October 2023, I work for a leading intelligent automation company, UiPath, looking after the strategy for public healthcare systems, including the NHS.
