Diane started her career in clinical governance within an acute NHS Board and went on to become the Person-centred Care Manager for 8 years. In 2015, she took on a national role as Improvement Advisor for the Person-centred Health and Care Programme with Healthcare Improvement Scotland's ihub.
Diane has been a Scottish Improvement Leader (ScIL) since 2015, Workplace Mediator since 2010, and is a qualified Public Participation Practitioner (IAP2).
