I am a Consultant in Emergency Medicine at Rotherham Foundation Trust, where my work includes simulation and other human factors based safety initiatives. I am an Improvement Academy Human Factors Fellow, which involves HF training workshops. Previous posts have included Associate Medical Director for Human Factors and Simulation Lead for the Yorkshire and Humber Emergency Medicine Training Programme. I am currently studying Human Factors and Ergonomics at Loughborough University.
