Registrar in paediatrics at Royal Gloucester Hospital. Clinical lead at the West of England AHSN. Keen interest in the power of QI to empower junior staff in making change, medical leadership for the masses enthusiast. Currently working on projects including the role out of the standardise Paediatric Early Warning Score (PEWS) across the Severn Region.

Previously, I have spent a year as a clinical fellow to the medical director of Public Health England to learn about leadership and management in the NHS and was involved in the COVID-19 response.

I have also spent a year as a Quality Improvement Fellow in the Severn Deanery where I mapped out clinical services for differences of sexual development.

Interests include junior doctor wellbeing and empowering junior doctors to be the best clinical leaders. Passionate about the sustainability of the NHS and the role QI plays in this.
