Biography

I am currently working as a Acute Access Manager in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. Working to support local services to sustainably and affordably reduce waiting times.

I have worked in healthcare for 16 years, all of my roles during that time have been focused on improving quality across acute and primary care.

In September 2017 I graduated as a Scottish Improvement Leader, cohort 7.

Q Exchange ideas

  • Rapidly improving access to elective care

    We want to test a rapid three month quality improvement programme to reduce waiting times to access elective care. This is based on our success delivering year-long QI access programmes.
