I am Head of Transformation at Royal Berkshire Hospital working for the Strategy, Transformation and Partnerships Director. I have worked in service improvement in the NHS, in strategy and policy in local government (Adult and Children's social care and CEO office) and as a performance auditor and inspector in the Audit Commission. I also have private sector experience working for a management consultancy in London primarily in organisational restructuring and redesign, and telehealth.
